The Deadeyes - http://thedeadeyes.net/ “Violin-driven soul-punk that sounds like The Black Keys had a love child with The Bad Seeds…droning and gorgeous”
Graham Brice - https://grahambrice.bandcamp.com/ “Brice is a talented British singer/songwriter who's become a welcome quantity over the last decade or so among the New York City audiences who've had a chance to enjoy the Elvis Costello/Ray Davies influences…” - K-Blog
The Deadeyes perform in Philly's the Fire with The Space Cats, and Genesis Z & the Black Mambas on Saturday December 3rd.
We're back at the Clark Park Fest After Party on June 25th
the Deadeyes take to the stage after a hiatus this spring spent in the studio and working on new material. The group will be kicking off the Clark Park Festival's afterparty next door to the park at The Millcreek Tavern, capping off the night at 9pm.
The past few months' work has resulted in a crop of covers (from The Kinks, The Replacements, and The Ramones), a batch of polished live recordings from a recent show at The Fire, and a few new originals. But the band has been itching to bring their sound back in front of an audience.
The group includes members of the seminal underground collective Grubstake, that was headquartered in Boston and Philly over a 15 year period, before that effort broke up. The new enterprise is focused on a violin powered vein of melodic punk akin to The Velvet Underground and Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds.
The event kicks up at 7pm. RSVP to the event.

The Deadyes return to The Fire for an early set on Sunday, November 22, opening up for some great touring and local bands. We've been working on a batch of covers, and the show will include some brand-new material (including a new cover of The Replacements classic "Treatment Bound") we would love you to hear. Come out and join us at one of Philly's classiest perennial dives! You can buy tickets here.
We're playing this year's Clark Park Music & Arts Festival alongside Cheap Dinosaurs, Darla, and Nathan Earl & Rachel Joy. It's a full day of bands starting at noon and going until late. More info here.
