The Deadeyes are delighted to announce they have finished work on their first round of demo tracks, and have posted the first sample online. The sessions include two originals and a cover of The Kinks' "Alcohol" from their Muswell Hillbillies album. Their debut track, O Anaheim, is a surf-influenced crime ballad set along the west coast highways, with the lyrics making passing references to works by Jimi Hendrix and Tom Waits.
The Deadeyes is a new 3-piece band playing a unique style of violin-driven soulpunk. The Deadeyes play in both Philadelphia and New York City.
Collected Recordings is now on vinyl! Order a copy from our bandcamp page.
